In the common room students are provided with indoor games facilities. They also get the opportunity
to read various newspapers and magazines. Attached bathrooms are available in the Girls’ Common Room and the girls are taken
special care with a Lady attendant.
We have separate reading room for teachers and students near by the library.
We have one Smart Class Room which is technologically well-equipped with modern teaching aids.
Special classes of different departments are also held here through power-point presentation.
In the Students’ Union Room the elected members of the Students’ Union perform their respective
duties and try to sort out the academic problems of the students in different ways.
Recently a Computer Lab has been set up to provide basic computer skill and knowledge to the students.
Geography Department of the college is facilitated with a spacious and well equipped laboratory. Along with
several survey equipments, models, charts, the laboratory is furnished with a separate soil testing corner. Besides this, the
laboratory is also outfitted with computers, printers (both Colour & Black & White), R.S. /G.I.S. Software and internet facilities.
The college has one spacious playground which is used for football and cricket. The playground is also
regularly used by the students for nurturing their physical health. The sport competition is held on the playground on annual basis.
We provide safe, cold & purified drinking water facility to the staff and students.
The college provides canteen facilities since the academic session 2005-06. The canteen serves
substantial and nutritious meal at reasonable price. The canteen is well furnished with table, chair and other associated
accessories. It is neat and clean and the standard of hygiene is strictly maintained.
The college boasts a well equipped guest room with attached bathroom which is used for recreational
activities as per requirements.
One boys’ hostel of this college is under construction.
The College has one cycle stand with accommodative capacity of around 150 cycles/bikes at a time.
