Financial Administration

The financial matters of the college are being governed by different committees which are as follows-

Finance Committee – Finance committee is the most crucial and statutory committee in managing the financial matters of the college. The members are elected among the members of the Governing Body of the college from different categories.

Budget Committee – There is a Budget Committee in the college consisting of Principal/Teacher-in-Charge, Bursar and Accountant of the college. The main function of this committee is to make budget for every financial year.

Concession Committee – The Concession Committee plays the most important role in giving concession to the needy and under privileged students of the college. The committee consists of Teacher-in-Charge, Bursar, Head Clerk and General Secretary of Students’ Council/Union.

Audit & Accounts – Audit and accounts of the college are being maintained properly. Annual audit is being done by a Govt. Auditor being appointed by DPI, Govt. of West Bengal in every financial year in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in India.
